At Loco Okie Salsa CO. LLC, we want every order to arrive safely and correctly.
Because our salsa is a food product, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please check around your delivery area and contact the shipping carrier first. After that, contact us so we can help review the issue.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Loco Okie Salsa CO. LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
